By applying the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, the inner skin is precisely removed while keeping the kernel surface smooth and intact, preventing nutrient loss and maintaining a clean appearance.

Through rapid freezing, the chestnut kernels' core temperature is quickly reduced to below –18°C. The IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) process ensures the kernels remain loose and non-clumping in the package, allowing food manufacturers and catering users to portion them conveniently as needed.

To guarantee premium quality, we utilize advanced optical sorting equipment combined with manual re-inspection to remove defective kernels, dark-tipped chestnuts, and broken pieces, ensuring the Grade A whole kernel rate exceeds 95%.
